I'm Colton Sims. I've spent the last 3 years building production AI and custom software for small businesses — from a logistics company that needed to automate dispatch, to a marketing agency drowning in client onboarding paperwork, to a dental group that wanted a smarter patient-intake assistant.
GroveX exists because most “AI consultants” either don't actually build things, or they build things you can't maintain after they leave. I do both. I write the code, I ship the product, and I leave you with a system your team can run on Monday morning — clean repo, plain-English docs, and as little vendor lock-in as I can manage.
In addition to client work, I ship my own SaaS products — including Schedra, a Calendly alternative used by small businesses to run their entire scheduling workflow.

Pilots start at $2,500. Larger builds are scoped fixed-price based on what you need — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. You'll see the full price before any code is written.
