Does anything send without my approval?
Not unless you want it to. The default is drafts-only: the system prepares replies and you approve, edit, or discard them in one daily pass. Some owners later allow auto-send for narrow categories like appointment confirmations.
Is it safe to give an AI access to my email?
Your mail is processed under strict data-handling commitments and nothing is ever trained on it. Where privacy is critical we can run models on infrastructure you control. You keep ownership of every account and credential.
Gmail or Outlook?
Both, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Shared inboxes like info@ and support@ work too, and those are usually where triage pays off fastest.
What does it cost and how long does it take?
